Shaping Thurrock Forum
Hosted by the Partnership annually, this is an opportunity for residents, local businesses and organisations to shape the Partnership’s overall agenda.
Shaping Thurrock Partnership
- Members include: broad representation from key organisations across Thurrock.
- Meets twice yearly.
- Agrees priorities of Sustainable Community Strategy and set of outcomes to be achieved each year.
- Conducts six monthly performance reviews.
Shaping Thurrock Policy Group
- Members include: Partnership Chair, Executive Board and Programme Board Chairs.
- Meets twice yearly (or as required).
- Acts as a forward looking think tank and informs policy and strategy for the Partnership and its programme boards.
Shaping Thurrock Executive Board
- Members include: Chief Executive of TC; Chief Exec or Deputy NHS SWE; Chief Executive TTGDC; Chief Superintendent or Deputy Essex Police and Chief Executive Thurrock CVS, Programme Board Chairs (ex-officio).
- Meets four times a year and focuses on delivery.
- Focuses on managing delivery plans including escalation and appropriate decision-making.
